Analysis and control of biologically motivated nonlinear systems

Chemical reaction network theory (CRNT) is originated in the 1970’s by the pioneering works of Horn, Jackson and Feinberg. Since then, many strong results have been published in the field on the relation between network structure and qualitative dynamical properties.

Our work focuses on the graph theoretic aspects of CRNT and using convex optimization methods to calculate structural and dynamical properties of CRNs and non-negative nonlinear systems.
